Built on the last premier waterfront site in downtown Sarasota, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota features a 73-unit luxury condominium tower set in the heart of Sarasota’s walkable downtown district. The 18-story development is located adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Quay Sarasota, the region’s newest mixed-use development featuring a waterfront boardwalk, marina, restaurants, shops and services.
