Kolter Acquires Two South Florida Hyatt hotels

Kolter Hospitality has acquired Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port and Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port located in Dania Beach, FL. The adjacent hotels are located in the Dania Pointe district just off I-95.

The deal with Blackstone will bring a total of 292 rooms to Kolter Hospitality’s growing portfolio.

“Hyatt is a globally respected brand that Kolter Hospitality has a very long and successful relationship with,” said Scott Webb, president, Kolter Hospitality. “Our company is in a growth mode, and we are constantly looking for thoughtful acquisitions to grow our portfolio.”
