Horton for 55+ community, with the remainder sold to various builders including Pulte Homes, Ryan Homes, Ashton Woods and David Weekley. A commercial retail parcel was sold for a neighborhood shopping center. Located 22 miles west of Orlando and 30 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort, this project is now complete.
