The site is located in Charlotte County, approximately one mile west of I-75 and one mile east of US Hwy 41. Seagrass/Seacove has convenient access to grocery stores, healthcare, the airport, dining and the beach. The project consists of 368 units of single-family homes and twin villas built by D.R. Horton. The amenities will be shared by all residents throughout the communities. Seagrass’ amenities will consist of a clubhouse and pool with cabanas.
