Neighborhoods include a Cresswind 55+ community by Kolter Homes, and Ryan Homes is building single-family lots and townhomes. The Reserve at Hammock Oaks will include homes built by Meritage, Maronda and Dream Finders. The future Highlands at Hammock Oaks neighborhood will feature homes by Perry Homes. The community will feature extensive amenitiy facilities, multifamily apartments, and commercial parcels including a Walmart Neighborhood Market store.
