Waterside, a 650 acre parcel located in Martin County, Florida, is a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 275 acres of light industrial development known as the South Florida Gateway Industrial PUD with plans for potential residential on 375 acres to be known as Waterside Residential. The South Florida Gateway Industrial PUD is approved for over 2.4 million square feet and includes a 10-acre retail / office parcel. Foundry Commercial broke ground in 2022 on the first phase of industrial development.
