Vicente Oswald has served as a Financial Analyst at Brookfield Kolter Land Partners since January 2026. In his role, he underwrites institutional-scale land acquisitions across Southeast markets, building pro formas, IRR analyses and equity waterfall models that support the investment committee process. He plays a key role in acquisitions, due diligence, forecasting, and investor reporting across an active portfolio of land deals. Originally from Chile, Vicente holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Econometrics & Quantitative Economics and Business Analytics from the University of South Florida.
