Due Diligence Manager

Roxanne Salabarria serves as Due Diligence Manager for Brookfield Kolter Land Partners LLC. She is responsible for new project due diligence for the state of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Roxanne has 22 years of experience in residential homebuilding. She began her career with a national homebuilder in the Tampa market and later helped launch a start-up division for another national builder in the region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in management from Saint Leo University.
