Mike Mclendon

Regional Vice President, Carolinas

As Regional Vice President of the Carolinas Region, Mike oversees the operations and profitability of his current communities in addition to strategic growth opportunities in the Carolinas. He began his career with Kolter in 2013 as Vice President of Charleston.

Mike’s 40-year career in Home building includes Division President roles with large, national builders and operating multiple divisions in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. Mike earned his BA of Business from Lenoir Rhyne College.
