Mark Bines

Regional Vice President, Mid-Florida

As Regional Vice President of Mid-Florida, Mark oversees the operations and profitability of his current communities in addition to strategic growth opportunities in his geographical footprint. He began his career with Kolter in 2012 as Vice President of Central Florida.

Mark has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Kolter, he served as President of Florida Residential Communities as well as President of the Volusia Building Industry Association, where he negotiated moratorium on impact fees.

Mark received his BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
