Director of Commercial Real Estate

As Director of Commercial Real Estate, Mara Hunt leads Deering Park’s strategy, overseeing visioning, marketing, leasing, land sales, ground leases, build-to-suit opportunities, and partnerships. She works with businesses, developers, brokers, and economic development groups to bring services and jobs to the community. Mara has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, land development, brokerage, asset management, and site selection. A licensed Florida broker, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
