AP Manager

As the Accounts Payable Manager, Lisa is responsible for overseeing Kolter’s Accounts Payable team; working together with Kolter and vendors to ensure timely payments for the Homes, Urban, Land and Financial Services divisions. She provides support and maintains the policies and procedures of the payment process, and helps create and implement process efficiencies.

Lisa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business. She has 15 years of management experience, including 10 years in accounting with a background in the construction industry.
