Kyle Dutton serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition for the Coastal Carolinas region. With more than a decade of experience in land acquisition, entitlement, and residential real estate development, he is responsible for identifying and securing land opportunities that support the company’s growth throughout the Carolinas. Prior to joining Brookfield Kolter Land Partners, Kyle held leadership positions with Lennar Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and Sagecrest Development, where he successfully acquired and entitled thousands of residential homesites and helped drive expansion into high-growth markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
