Jon Seifel

Land Development Manager – FL

Jon Seifel joined Kolter Land in March 2018. As Land Development Manager. He is responsible for development activities in Southeast Florida which includes planning, budgeting, permitting and construction of infrastructure and amenities.

He has been with Kolter for over 7 years, previously in accounting and in development since March 1, 2018.

Jon attended Palm Beach Atlantic University and graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting.
