John Curtis

Sr. Land Development Manager – FL

John Curtis is the Sr. Land Development Manager for North & North Central Florida. He is responsible for all aspects of developing projects and his focus is on creating high quality mixed-use communities.

With over 20 years in the industry, he has worked on a variety of projects from N. Central Florida, the Florida panhandle and into Alabama. He also spent several years in the Army as an Intelligence Officer including a stint at MIT for the Department of Defense.

He has a degree from the University of N. Florida in Industrial Technology and Project Management.
