As Vice President of Land Acquisitions in Tennessee, Jennifer leads business development and land sourcing for master planned communities. With more than 20 years of contract negotiation, legislative, regulatory, construction, and real estate experience, she is known for integrity and strong collaboration. Her background includes leadership roles with Crescent Homes, Dream Finders Homes, and Turn Properties. Jennifer holds a BA from Florida State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and additional leadership and project management training at Vanderbilt.
