Jeff Kruse

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Florida development, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management. Prior to Kolter, Jeff managed the construction, asset management, and disposition of all Transit Oriented Development along the Brightline High-Speed Rail at Florida East Coast Industries.

Jeff received his BS with concentrations in entrepreneurship and real estate from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He is currently on the Advisory Board at Cornell’s Center for Real Estate and Finance as well as an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
