Esteban Perez

Vice President, Development

As Vice President of Development, Esteban is responsible for the acquisition and development of affordable and workforce housing communities in Florida. Previously, Esteban led acquisition, development and/or financing for more than 2,500 multifamily units. Prior to joining Kolter, Esteban was a Development Manager for The Related Group.

Esteban received his MS in finance from the Florida International University Chapman Graduate School of Business. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Florida International University.
