Derek Fenech

Regional Vice President, Treasure Coast

As Regional Vice President of the Treasure Coast, Derek oversees the operations and profitability of his current communities in addition to strategic growth opportunities in his geographical footprint. He began his career with Kolter in 2020.

Derek has been involved in the home building industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Kolter, he had Division President and other managerial roles with large national and regional builders.

Derek received his BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a licensed Florida general contractor.
