Sr. Land Development Manager - NE FL

Chris is a Sr. Land Development Manager for Kolter for land entitlements and development operations in NE Florida, Palm Coast and Daytona Beach. Chris also assists with due diligence of new acquisitions in the area.

Chris has over 18 years in the industry with strong experience in land development and entitlements throughout southwest and northeast Florida. Chris also has entitled and developed residential communities in North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior to that, Chris served in the US Army for 9 years, starting in the 82nd Airborne Division and ending his career in Special Forces.

He has degrees in both Mechanical Engineering from Delaware Technical College and Business Administration from Methodist University.
