Chris Newert serves as Marketing Coordinator, overseeing supporting marketing initiatives for land development projects. He assists with is responsible for campaign management and coordination, brand execution, and operational marketing efforts across assigned properties.

Chris brings 10 years of experience in real estate management, including five years focused on real estate marketing, with a background primarily in multifamily real estate and hospitality. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida.
