Chris Bryant

Development Executive

As Development Executive, Chris is responsible for the execution of large scale residential mixed-use projects throughout all stages of the development timeline, from start to finish. Chris works closely with the development, sales, and construction teams to support both company goals and the homeowners they serve.

Prior to joining Kolter, Chris has managed various high-rise condominium, multi-family, medical office, and hospital projects. He has over 20 years of construction experience and holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Georgia Southeastern University.
