Charles Cochran

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Charles oversees development for Kolter Multifamily in Texas, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management. Charles previously worked at Alliance Residential where he was involved in the development and acquisition of over 7,000 units across 20 projects with a total value of $1.2 billion. Prior to Alliance, he worked on Newmark’s multifamily investment sales team in Austin and participated in the sale of more than $650 million in multifamily transactions. Charles graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Spanish.
