Bob has been at Kolter since 1997. During his tenure, Bob has supported the growth at Kolter by managing the startup phases of several current Kolter affiliates; Kolter Signature Homes and Hospitality Development. For the past two decades, he has successfully guided the Companny’s luxury infill condominium affiliate Kolter Urban, through challenging market cycles.

As president of Kolter Urban, Bob is strategically engaged in all aspects of condominium development from initial site acquisition/market analysis through design, sales and marketing, construction, delivery and post-closing obligations.
