Victoria Imhoff

As Division President of the Southeast Florida Region, Victoria oversees all aspects of operations, with a keen focus on market expansion, profitability, and strategic growth with long-term value creation for her region.

With over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Victoria is a seasoned leader with a career rooted in sales, marketing, and leadership. As a passionate and results-driven executive, Victoria is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Prior to joining Kolter, Victoria worked for a large national homebuilder. Victoria studied accounting at Hood College.

As Division President of Mid-Florida, Mark oversees the operations and profitability of his current communities in addition to strategic growth opportunities in his geographical footprint. He began his career with Kolter in 2012 as Vice President of Central Florida.

Mark has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Kolter, he served as President of Florida Residential Communities as well as President of the Volusia Building Industry Association, where he negotiated moratorium on impact fees.

Mark received his BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

As Division President of Mid-Southeast US, Tony is responsible for operations, profitability and strategic growth for the region.

He began his career with Kolter in 2015.

Tony’s 30-year career in Home Building industry includes roles with large, national and regional builders throughout the southeast US.

As Division President of the Carolinas Region, Mike oversees the operations and profitability of his current communities in addition to strategic growth opportunities in the Carolinas. He began his career with Kolter in 2013 as Vice President of Charleston.

Mike’s 40-year career in Home building includes Division President roles with large, national builders and operating multiple divisions in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. Mike earned his BA of Business from Lenoir Rhyne College.

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Derek is responsible for the oversight of planning, development, contracts, purchasing, construction, warranty, amenities, information technology, and process improvement. At Kolter Homes, he plays a key leadership role in shaping and refining operational systems that support scalability, drive efficiency, and ensure an exceptional homeowner experience across all communities.

Derek brings three decades of experience in the homebuilding industry. Before joining Kolter Homes, he held Division President and other senior leadership positions with prominent national and regional builders

Derek received his BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a licensed Florida general contractor.

As Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Kolter Homes, Sean oversees the company’s legal operations, including risk mitigation, claims and litigation management, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance, employment matters, lobbying efforts, and land transactions. With over 11 years of experience in real estate and construction law, he joined Kolter Homes in 2023 after serving as a partner at an AmLaw 200 law firm in Florida, where he represented developers, homebuilders, general contractors, and design professionals. Licensed to practice law in Florida, Sean is a triple Gator, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Arts in International Business, and Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Florida.

As Senior Vice President of sales at Kolter Homes, Marc is responsible for the firm’s sales strategies as well as systems and processes to increase sales conversions.

Marc has over 30 years of sales experience in manufacturing, retail and residential sales, and was instrumental in over $2B in sales during his tenure at Kolter Homes.

Prior to joining Kolter Homes, Marc was the Vice President of Sales for Centerline Homes. His entrepreneurial experiences include being the principal owner of a clothing manufacturing firm prior to entering the real estate industry.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing for Kolter Homes, John is responsible for the firm’s marketing strategy, branding, advertising and communication programs throughout the Southeast.

John has over 23 years of experience marketing and selling single family communities and high-rises throughout the Southeast.

John received his BA from Stetson University. Prior to joining Kolter Homes, John was VP of Marketing at WCI and VP of Sales and Marketing at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.

As Senior Vice President of Contracts and Closings, Francine oversees sales contracts and closing operations for Kolter Homes and Kolter Urban projects throughout Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina.

Francine has over 20 years of experience in accounting and real estate management. Prior to joining Kolter, Mrs. Gutierrez held key roles in purchasing and accounting for the Port Authority and mortgage servicing for a global financial institution.

As Senior Vice President of Purchasing, Clay is responsible for firm’s vertical construction supply chain, purchasing, cost control, and design offerings across all markets. Clay is focused on creating and maintaining strategic alliances with manufacturers, suppliers and trade partners.

Clay received his BBA from the University of Georgia, concentrating in Real Estate, and has 15 years of purchasing and operational experience in the residential construction industry. Prior to joining Kolter Homes, Clay worked in purchasing for Pulte, Ashton Woods, and Thrive Homes.
