Derek Fenech

Derek Fenech serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at Kolter Homes, providing enterprise leadership across the systems, teams, and processes that support community planning, development, and the end-to-end homeowner experience. He oversees operational strategy, land development, design and construction support functions, customer experience, marketing, and technology, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

With more than 30 years of homebuilding experience, Derek has held senior executive and divisional leadership roles with national and regional builders. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a licensed Florida General Contractor.

As Executive Vice President of Finance, Chris is responsible for the firm’s strategic and financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Chris is also an integral member of the acquisition team.

Chris has over 20 years of experience of financial leadership in homebuilding, public accounting, manufacturing and education.

Chris received his MBA from Michigan State University, his BBA from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Kolter Homes, Chris was VP of Finance at Divosta (Pulte) Homes, and received his Sigma-Six Green Belt from Villanova University.

As President, Rob is responsible for oversight of all operations including sales, marketing, construction, contracts, planning, and development. At Kolter Homes, he has an instrumental role in the processes and procedures necessary to achieve high volume and profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.

Previous experience includes Division President roles with large, national builders and operating divisions of up to a thousand units annually. Rob earned his BS of Finance and Masters of Science in Resource Economics from the University of Florida.
