Geralyn serves as Assistant Amenities Development Manager overseeing amenity projects throughout Florida. She is responsible for project coordination, budget management, and operational execution.

Geralyn brings close to two decades of experience across construction, real estate, and finance, specializing in higher education, healthcare, and retail management. Prior to joining the team, she successfully managed $125M in contracts for Florida Polytechnic University and oversaw 100 retail partner store remodels on time and on budget.
