Mike Griffin

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Mike oversees development for Kolter Multifamily in Georgia and Tennessee, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management. Previously, he managed land acquisition, entitlements, and permitting of 2,500+ multifamily units at Shelton McNally Real Estate Partners.

He also led a regional real estate team at RaceTrac Petroleum, developing 100+ stores. Mike has experience in land brokerage, residential land planning, and development. He holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia.
