Daniel Bienlien

Acquisitions & Pre-Development Manager

As Acquisitions and Pre-Development Manager, Daniel is responsible for sourcing project sites, underwriting new deals, completing due diligence, attaining entitlements, initiating project design, generating project budgets, and maintaining the pre-development timeline.

Prior to Kolter, as a commissioned officer, he managed the design and construction of some of the Coast Guard’s largest projects in the Southeast Region. Daniel graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
