Esteban Perez

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Esteban is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management for Kolter Multifamily’ s East Florida region. Previously, Esteban led acquisition, development and/or financing for more than 2,500 multifamily units. Prior to joining Kolter, Esteban was a Development Manager for The Related Group.

Esteban received his MS in finance from the Florida International University Chapman Graduate School of Business. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Florida International University.
