Paul Martin

Vice President, Land Development - FL

Paul Martin is Vice President of Land Development for Southwest Florida. Projects include Verandah, Artistry, Summerwoods Worthington, Trevesta and Willow Walk.

Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from U.S.F, a Masters degree in Accounting and Taxation from F.G.C.U. and a Masters degree in Divinity from Luther Rice College and Seminary.

Mr. Martin has served on the board of Children’s Advocacy Center of SW Florida for eleven years. He is a board member for the Lucas Institute of Real Estate Development at FGCU and Habitat for Humanity.
