Director - Capital Markets

Malcolm has day-to-day responsibility for Kolter’s debt financing – sourcing and structuring debt capital for each project, negotiating documentation, leading the loan closing process, and overseeing the loan administration & bank compliance reporting team.

Before joining Kolter’s Capital Markets group, Malcolm served as a Financial Analyst with Kolter Homes. Prior to Kolter, Malcolm worked with the New Orleans Redevelopment Fund on value-added renovations, adaptive re-use and historic tax credit projects. Malcolm graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
